As for the duration of conversations, in all these models it lasts 24 hours. This means that for all categories of conversation you will have the 24-hour window to converse with your client and once this window is over, you will be charged for the new conversation when you send a new message.
Rates or prices per conversation
The cost or price for each type of conversation depends loan database on the country where the phone number you are conversing with on WhatsApp is located. In the following, we will share the cost per conversation category given by Meta in the official pricing page.
It is important to understand that rates vary depending on the conversation category and additionally by the rate of the country/region where the person's phone number is located as mentioned in full.

If I have a Callbell account or want an account, how will I be billed for conversations?
Each Callbell plan charges the courses that are applied by WhatsApp up to a maximum budget of €50 (or $54) per month for every 10 active agents . For the majority of our customers, this budget is enough to completely cover the direct calls of the conversations , which are billed by Meta to Callbell.
Callbell assumes , on behalf of our customers, the cost applied by WhatsApp for the use of a WhatsApp API account and in the event that the cost charged by meta for conversations does not exceed the museum to sign up to the active subscription of the customer, will not charge any additional cost .
If the cost per volume of conversations managed during a month exceeds the budget included in the plan, the difference will be billed at the beginning of the next month. The invoices per excess consumption will be available in the Billing session of your Callbell account .
Important: Callbell will not apply any recharge on the excess consumed by the customer. The value charged to the customer considers the exact value of the WhatsApp charge, to which is added the amount included for WhatsApp in the Callbell plan.
